Description
Affordable alternative to professional spa treatment. Make sure your cat litter is 100% natural and unscented to reap full benefits of sodium bentonite clay.


You'll Need: * Cat litter * Small bowl * Water (preferably distilled) OPTIONAL: * Strainer * Rose essential oil * Chamomile essential oil * Lemon * Two cucumber slices


Things You'll Need: * 2 tbsp Cat litter * Small bowl * Distilled water * Strainer (Or grind the clay rocks firmly into a powder by pressing it w/ a glass) OPTIONAL: * 1 drop Rose essential oil (especially if your skin is dry) * 1 drop Chamomile essential oil * Juice from 1 Lemon, Orange or Lime (especially if your skin is oily) * 2 cucumber slices *Aloa Vera

~Essential Oils by Skin Type~
You can find these by capsules in health food stores or in bottles with droppers

**Normal skin:

Atlas cedarwood, geranium, jasmine, lavender, soy, neroli, evening primrose, almond, orange, geranium, palmarosa, roman chamo, rose, rosewood, Ylang-ylang, tea tree

**Combination skin:

Geranium, rosewood, Ylang-ylang, rose geranium hydrosol, neroli hydrosol

**Dry and aging skin:

Almond, carrot seed, cedarwood, clary, jasmine, geranium, lavender, orange, Palma rose, neroli, castor, extra virgin, wheat germ, sandalwood, rosewood, rose, Vetiver, Ylang-ylang

**Oily skin:

Cedarwood, geranium, Clary, lavender, Ylang-ylang, lemon, peppermint, Niaouli, Cajeput, cypress, frankincense, patchouli, Roman & German chamos, sandalwood, juniper, Melisa, coriander, lime (distilled), grapefruit,rose, rosemary, eucalyptus, red mandarine, myrtle, neroli

**Sensitive skin:

Roman & German chamomile, rose, Palma Rosa, Helichrysum, neroli, rosewood, carrot, angelica, jasmine, Neroli, Chamomile or Yarrow Hydrosols

I have oily skin and only used the cat litter & water. I didn't add anything else to it, but maybe next time I'll add honey or lemon. You're supposed to apply a moisturizer after you've rinsed the mask, but sometimes those make me break out!
