Yes please keep us posted on that as those women need help and example ship as that is what the word says we as older saved women should do is to treach the younger ones and help those that don't know really.

Well I started jazzercise today and let me tell you it was a WORKOUT!!!! I also joined a new gym.... I know that I will stick with everything.... I plan to post my weightloss weekly so look for updates!!! I am going to be working out 5x per week and 2x on Tues and Thurs. ...... This I hope will speed up my results..... as I perfect my recipes I will post them..... they are all low to no fat at all so I am hoping to make them yummy IDK...... Well today is a new day! thank you JESUS!!!! I have much to complain about but so much more to be thankful for...... My husband and I are again seperated..... I am not griping..... maybe we weren't meant to be

This blog is a reflection of the past year as God willing I will be 31 in the morning! First I want to thank my Heavenly Father for allowing me to see another year and secondly I pray that this year I will be more blessed than ever before! my goal this year is to be more obedient to the instructions that the Lord gives me.
