Im new to this hair care world Im excited and extremly overwhelmed there is so much to lean! Im irritated because I cant post my questions in the forums but you seem to be an active member and could help me on my hair growth quest. I have a load of question but dont want to unload them out on you now, just a few
. What are protective styles that I can were my hair in so it wont break off. I have noticed so much breakage because of my sweaters rubbing up against my hair and its driving me nuts.

Okay, I know I wrote about how the OCM was the greatest thing ever for my skin, but it broke me out something horrible. At first it was great, then BAM! I woke up with tons of whiteheads and a few pimples. 
I'm not sure exactly what happened because this method has been so great for so many other people. It's not for me and I no longer do it!

Why is moisture so important, especially in ladies with 3-4 hair types? Hair that lacks moisture will be dry and prone to breakage. You don't want that, right? Okay, so if your hair is dry - step up your moisture regimen. Increasing moisture is especially important to me right now because it's cold in my neck of the woods. I'm seriously thinking about really doing a hid your hair challenge with myself. I can never truly commit to doing it whenever I say I will, because I always end up wanting to wear it down. 
But I am completely aware of the benefits of keeping you hair in protective styles, so I'm seriously thinking of hiding my hair from mid-oct to the end of the year.
That's a really long time, but I'll see... I'm still debating.
