Okay, I know I wrote about how the OCM was the greatest thing ever for my skin, but it broke me out something horrible. At first it was great, then BAM! I woke up with tons of whiteheads and a few pimples. 
I'm not sure exactly what happened because this method has been so great for so many other people. It's not for me and I no longer do it!

Why is moisture so important, especially in ladies with 3-4 hair types? Hair that lacks moisture will be dry and prone to breakage. You don't want that, right? Okay, so if your hair is dry - step up your moisture regimen. Increasing moisture is especially important to me right now because it's cold in my neck of the woods.
