Let's get right to the point with this one. Dr. Ian starts you off on the Fat Smash Diet with a 9 day detox. The detox allows you to eat all of the fruits and veggies you want. However there are some things that you can not eat such as bread, meat of any kind, soda, nuts, dried fruits and potatoes just to name a few.Dr. Ian also lets you know that in order for this to work you must work out at least 5 days a week for 30 minutes each day, and you must eat 4-5 meals a day. My co-worker told me about the GNC Women’s Ultra Mega multivitamin about a year ago. I decided that I would give it a try b/c I knew that I needed something to balance out my diet. At the time I was on an all out binge and in the back of my mind I knew I was not getting the right amounts of vitamins, minerals and other things that I needed from the high fast food regime I was participating in.

Ok, well this entry will probably have to be updated quite a few times. My reggies have pretty much remained the same with some minor changes:
My Hair
My Hair
- Co-wash daily with NTM Daily Deep Conditioner with the orange cap and/or Garnier... (I am addicted, the Garnier products really do well with my 4a/4b hair)
- Deep Condition Once a week. I rotate each week between Elasta QP DPR-11, NTM Mask, and Garnier Deep conditioner with EVOO and Tea Tree Oils added
- Clarify with J&J Baby
