Yes I finally started walking again. I figure a little at execrise was needed. i don't know how much I actually did. I think it made a difference. I could feel it. I decided I will walk every day my son has football practrice. I put da little one in a wagon and pull her. She really enjoyed that. I just wanted to talk about some of the things that have been going on i nmy life lately. I'll start with today and worrk my way back. Personally I wasn['t feeling to well But I won't complain about that. It's a part of life. Today my dad had a surprise visitor. I do mean a surprise his father. I don't know the last time they were in the same room togther. They had a good visit and came to an understanding.

Today was a very blessed and happy day for me. My son was baptiized this afternoon. i was just feeled with emotionns while he was doing it. My dad, uncle and grandmother was there. Other members of the church were too. I don't know the last time my dad was in church. we had revival last week and he said he wanted to join the church. We had to take a class and learn different scriptures. and the meaning behind things. Sunday he will get the right hsand of fellowship.

I think it's all working on my hair. I dc yesterday and blow dried since i didn't have time to air dry. The floor and surrounding area wasn't covered in my hair. Can you say a sista was happy. I just applied my castor oil this morning. My hair feels soft and I got some new growth already. I just relaxed my hair about ten days ago.
I dc with the Lekair cholestrol for about four hours with bagging and a t-shirt over the bags. You know the rest from my other blog.

Okay I know I told you ladies a little about my health before. I'll feel you in a little more now. I thought about this could be in my blog. maybe things could help someone else out. U never know.
First of all I am a dialysis patient. I go for treatment three days a week. My kidneys failed when I was like 23 or 24 don't remeber whcih year right now. I've been through so much. First of all I want you ladies to get a good check up. I had no idea that something was wrong with my kidneys....
