I have last relaxer my hair August 2009 have hair regrowth 1inch have for 2 month slow hair growth, no hair relaxer touch up for novemember 2009 tried to completley give my hair good break beause my hair from the root thining, sheeding,breaking,i do mostley very month use aphogee protin treatment,and choulestrol conditioner or doctor marecal conitioner treatment mostley put moisturlizerinto the hair blow dry seal with coconut oil and serium very 2 to 3 month trim the end still haveing hair problem need your help thank you. O dont worry about the regimen, in fact it was prob more useful for me to compile one myself to learn more about the products on the market...still havent got it down to a tee jus yet as i have bucket loads still to learn ....

I have a sew in at the mo to grow out that cut abit more...im waiting for more length to get an even cut...
