Okay, so I have finally made up my mind. I am finally transitioning.
But I have been trying to figure out how I am going to do it. I don't know that I want to always wash my hair or cowash it all of the time because I do like wearing my hair straight. I think that I just want to be confident in myself that I will not get anymore relaxers and stick with that decision. I don't want to be confined by just wearing curly hairstyles or just straight styles either. So this week I have straightened...

Ok...let me tell you guys I loved it...
I added coconut oil to my relaxer (profectiv super) and actually a lot spilled out into the kit so it was a lot of oil that I used but it worked wonders still...It reduced the burning feelig and when I washed the relaxer out it had my hair feeling so soft and silky and smooth...even today (weeks after my relaxer) my hair feels this way and I attribute it to the coconut oil cause any other time it would not feel this good.

I just want to say sorry everybody for not checking in sooner...I have missed everyone on here...it is just hard to check in with my school schedule. It felt so weird not being able to come on here and talk about hair...but don't worry I still been keeping up on it

I heard that if you want something or desire something that you should write it down and that one day it will come true...so I am going to write down what I want my hair to be like..what I am aiming for.
Overall, I want healthy, long, shiny, bouncy, thick hair. The ultimate length that I want is waist length. Anything past that, I think will weigh my down (I'm only 5'2).
I want to be able to do different hairstyles...which is another reason why I want long...

I can't seem to make my mind up about which one I want to be. One moment I think that I do but then the next I change my mind.
I've been relaxed since I was eight (I think)...I am looking for a change but it's hard considering that I am used to this.
Being natural means that I would have to transition for what seems forever...I wouldn't be able to do anything to my hair either. I like to wear my hair down or at least mix it up.
Texlaxed right...
