My new regime since getting my hair cut to neck lenghth:

Shampoo with Creme of Nature or Kera Care hampoo every 7-10 days.

DC every two weeks.

Roller set with medium rollers.

Massage scalp with evoo or coconut oil about 2-3 times a week

Cowash once a month.

Goals:

Stretching relaxers to 10- 12 weeks is my goal

Healthy SL by December 08. It is a very realistic goal.

Good grief!! My hair is probably sick of me as far as hair goes. I go through these crazy phases...one minute it's rather long,(the longest has been BSL) then I am just ready to chop it back off! I have never been what you would consider a frugal individual. I have heard so much about this product on the forum that my curiosity got the best of me and I broke down, bought it and used it. I was a bit apprehensive at first because the reviews were a little mixed, more good than bad. When I applied it to my wet hair I did not like the texture at first.
