I am in Zambia - South central Africa. The regime is still a work in progress and changes with the season and with how i am wearing my hair at the given time. There is a blog which has detailed instructions on how to make hair bling, i think it is moptop maven.

I experimented with my shea butter - tried to mke some homemade curly pudding but i hate the way it feels, it makes my hair very crunchy so that was a waste. I think I will try a sheaaloe gel mix, because i have had a good experience with aloe vera gel.

For me it is about the length. LOL. I have some thinning areas at the front, but it tends to be thinner when i used to relax it.So now I want my hair back. I am trying to do 6 inches in year.

How are you wearing your hair? I have been doing wash and go's but i would love to try something else. Like comb coils - have you tried them?

Oh yes, good idea for your spray bottle! I should do the same for sure.

Do you have any hair goals now that you're natural? I just want the thin areas of my hair to fill out (left side).

Where in the tropics do you live? You seem to have a good regime going on for your hair. I have a jar of unrefined Shea butter but it's mega thick, I've no idea what to do with it as it's so greasy.

Making Hair bling is a great idea - I'll have to learn how first though.

On second thought the sides of my hair is probably 1/2 inch but the top is an inch or so.

Hey! HIH seems to be contagious, I catch myself doing it ALL THE TIME. I'm worried I'll make my hair fall out!

My hair is very dry naturally so I keep the moisture coming...but hours later it's dry again! I'm 4b also, is your hair dry and do you get defined curls? My hair is under an inch long, maybe 1/2 inch...what about yours?

Sorry for all the questions I'm just trying to learn everything.

Recuperation....is going slowly but surely. It's over 11 weeks now since the accident and I still hurt in places...BUT I remain positive. I'm just bored at home and need to get back to work...

Hi how are you finding your hair now that you have done the BC? I did mine in June and am still adapting, but loving it.
