I recommend that you try the basic kit first. I did it and that's what sold me. However, I only go to the salon twice a month, so my stylist didn't see any difference until seven months later. I oil my hair thoroughly once a week, if I have time.

I use the Beneficial Phase Shampoo, Advance Conditioning Treatment, Constant Care for Ends, Hairline Essential Cream, hair oil, and the detangler. I discontinued using the detangler (after 10 years), because my stylist says that it's harder for him to work with. Infusium 23 Leave in Treatment has been one of my staples for the past three years. It works better than any detangler I've ever own, and it very inexpensive.

Hi, I am doing fine and thank you for replying. I just wanted to know a bit more about the products. Do you find that when u started to use it did you only use the shampoo and conditioner? Or should I feel the need to purchase the entire line? My hair was once longer, but now I am having some issues. My former birth control caused my hair to shed.
I am now trying to grow it longer and keep it healthy. I have fine hair and I want to keep my hair balanced. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance =)
