Oh, with the ghee, I baggy my hair every two nights and co-wash it out in the morning.

Hey! I have texture 3c/4a, and I switch it up from time to time, but my main products are suave coconut condish, ghee, cantu shea butter, coconut oil, evoo, castor oil and sulfur 8.

I wash my hair with shampoo once a month, do a protein treatment w/ eggs, mayo and honey once a month

DC every week (unless my hair is in braids)

grease my scalp every other day with the sulfur 8

After I wash, I put in my cantu shea butter leave in cream.

Also, a lot of my stuff that I DC with I get at the grocer, like fruits and honey, etc.
