Hey Chicca, I am good girl, how are ya? The lil man is doing great all our friebds and family want to steal him lol they say he is too cute and when they visit us they keep staring at him and hug and kiss him up lol good thing is has his immunisation as he wold probably got some bug already lol, I have not relaxed has of yet I am planning on doing so my hair in december - I also have to order some stuff as I gave my relaxer system away recently to a very ood friend so I need to reorder it back, I will post pics in Dec as soon as I relaxed!

Yeah, heat training is when a person with a natural hair texture gradually breaks down the physical makeup of the hair shaft by consistently using high temperature heat appliances. However, this does not mean that a natural who gets pressed every weekend is "heat trained." The temperature must be hot enough and done frequently enough to actually cause the hair to not revert. Of course everyone has a degree of heat damage done to one's hair, but if you use 360-400 degree irons frequently OR if you use a medium-hot iron daily, the hair can be permanently altered on a molecular level. HTH!

Heyy! im doing good, still gettin to grips with doing my own hair tho! Before starting my regiment i would have everything done at the salon. im also gettin addicted to product searching so im gona have to limit myself to 1-2 products a month, if that. There are loadsa products i want to try!
