    I am going to jot down a number of foods that truly proves to be healthy for hair as well as skin, they are as follows:

    Fatty Fish
    Red Bell Peppers
    Spinach
    Coconut
    Avocado Oil
    Eggs
    Garlic
    Walnuts
    Tomatoes
    Pumpkin Seeds
    Collard Greens
    Hemp
    Pineapple
    Oysters
    Oats

    If you can include these items in your daily diet then it would be the best thing you can do to your hair, as its a natural way.

I use it so many times and i received amazing result, now i am still using it as a healthy method not only for hair but also for many other things.     I often choose wheat germ to enhance my hair health. Packing with essential nutrients and vitamins, wheat germ will improve hair loss as well as nourish my hair from inside effectively.
    This is also the conclusion of some article about benefit of wheat germ.
