I have decided to start a NU-GRO challenge it's personal so I am posting it here. I am going to make this simple and list my new regime... i will also be posting weekly updates to my blog.... I will continue this Challenge through December 2009....... here goes....


Products Used

Nu-Gro Shampoo

NU-GRO Moisturizing Conditioner

NU-GRO Spray w/ Moisturizer

Hollywood Beauty Castor Oil

Amla Oil (pre-poo)

Regular castor Oil

Aphoghee Pro-Vitamin Leave-In

Aphogee Shampoo for Damaged Hair 1x per mo.for clarifying

Regimen

Pre-poo with Amla oil one hour prior to washing

Wash Hair 1x per week with NU-GRO

Spray leave-in

Let hair air dry

Spray Moisturizer and seal ends with regular Castor oil

After hair is cry oil scalp with Hollywood Beauty castor oil


****side note*** I am trying this new Castor Oil out so I hope that this is ok with my CO Challenge*****

I will use my Nu-Gro in conjunction with my ORS for deep conditioning and alternate.... I am deep conditioning 2x per week

I also bought the Hollywood Beauty Tea Tree Oil and Olive Oil..... haven't used either yet but picked them up to use on my dry skin....
