Well I started jazzercise today and let me tell you it was a WORKOUT!!!! I also joined a new gym.... I know that I will stick with everything.... I plan to post my weightloss weekly so look for updates!!! I am going to be working out 5x per week and 2x on Tues and Thurs. ...... This I hope will speed up my results..... as I perfect my recipes I will post them..... they are all low to no fat at all so I am hoping to make them yummy IDK...... Well today is a new day! thank you JESUS!!!! I have much to complain about but so much more to be thankful for...... My husband and I are again seperated..... I am not griping..... maybe we weren't meant to be Anyway... I plan to pamper myself all day today until it's time to go and get the kids from school I am going to start out with my shampoo and DC...... then I will move on to a bubble bath..... who hoo......
