An abridged verison of my official blog.
Quench

If you read this blog often or even occasionally you should know that I love myself some Miss Keys conditioner, however I must say that Quench - Ultra Rich conditioner is giving it a run for its money. Quench contains all the products that make hair product junkies salivate: shea butter, honey, glycerin, coconut oil, and olive oil. Shea butter is great for moisturizing and leaving hair soft. Everyone should know all about the benefits of coconut oil but here is an added one that I had never heard before: it is also found to reduce protein loss (according to hairrules.com)
Product Claims: This daily, ultra-rich conditioning and softening treatment promotes suppleness, manageability and shine in parched, spongy, frizzy and lackluster hair. Formulated with natural conditioners, hydrators and emollients to prevent breakage while encouraging hair's natural tendency to curl.

Your Blog Rocks!Thank you for all the tips. I suffered chemical damage the expense of a stylist so I've been trying to care for it myself. I've been wearing senegalese twists four months and have not have a relaxer in total of six months. I want to take out the twists and relax my hair. How long do I wait to relax after taking out the twists? What regime can I follow? Help!
