What is the right to comb and brush your hair? People say if you comb and brush your hair the the wrong way it can lead to breakage.

go to a fresh foods store && buy some avacado, fresh eggs, olive oil, or virgin oil, salt, and sugar.....IF YU HAVE THERE MATERIALS AT HOME THEN USE THEM, DONT GO OUT && BUY THEM

I don't have a regime per se, but what I do have is a few ideas and experiments that I'm working with. I feel like a regime should be very flexible and able to change because your hair never stays the same from one day to the next. Even if you have very healthy hair, there are some days where it falls a bit flat, and others where it's puffy from humidity, maybe static filled because it's winter, whatever.
