Updated Hair Regimen for Growth Challenge Jan. 2009

Hello All,

I wanted to post my updated hair regimen:

Wash days are Sunday and Thursday

Always Prepoo with OO and Conditioner - If I have any dandruff I apply Neutrogena Triple Moisture Dandruff Conditioner to scalp only - I apply with a small tipped applicator bottle

Wash 2x per month (trying ORS Olive Oil/Aloe Shampoo)

Cowash all other washes

Current favorite deep conditioner: honey and coconut oil - last nite I added ORS Replenishing Pak with the CO and honey

Still developing a regimen, but this is what I do currently:

Wash days are Sunday and Thursday
Always Prepoo with OO and Conditioner
Wash with Neutralizing Shampoo 2x per month
Cowash all other washes
Use ACV Rise (7:1) when scalp has buildup
Current favorite deep conditioner: honey and coconut oil - sometimes add Aphogee Keratin 2 Minute Reconstructor - sometimes sit under dryer
After deep conditioner while wet apply to ends: oil mix of jojoba, castor and sunflower, gently comb
