Trim - 1.16.09
Prepoo - Olive Oil and 10 min under hood
Cowash - Lustrasilk cholesterol/Placenta and Jojoba
DC - Coconut oil, honey and ORS Replenish Pak underhood for 45 minutes.

Starting vitamins today: B-Complex with and addition Biotin tab. Have not decided how many mg.
