Stalled!

I don't know why...but my exercise regime has just fallen by the wayside. After I made such good progress, I just...stopped. And the weight I lost has crept back on.

It seems LIFE has just gotten in the way of me making the time to put that dvd on and prance around my living room. I'm up at 5.30am and rushing around the house, getting ds and myself ready to leave by 7. Then I work, pick ds up and get home, to do dinner, spend quality time etc. Then tidy up, then bed. The end. What happened to my regime?

My only consolation is that I've started parking my car down the street and making a 10 minute quick walk to and from work everyday. That's about the only exercise I get right about now. It's better than nothing, I know, but it's NOT ENOUGH.

I need a good kick up the rear to get going again. It just seems so hard sometimes, but I'll get back into it, just need to make the time.
