A healthier me - Week 3

Where did the time go??? I missed week two's report!
Anyway, it's been a wobbly few weeks on my weight loss journey. I've lost two pounds so far, I wish it was more but it's still something, right?
I've been eating well, as always, but I really need to E-X-E-R-C-I-S-E....the dreaded word...
I'll be making more of an effort to get in shape for sure. I did one dvd last week and BOY was I gasping halfway through. To think I used to be a gym buff!

woot woot for working out!!!! Keep up the good work and I really need to get back to working out on the regular have you tried a treadmill, the treadmill and an mp3 player works wonders!!!
