My son is mixed and has pretty thick hair he doesn't like it really short but when its long he doesn't want me to comb it. I need to know a hair cut that will please me and him. Can anyone help me.

try posting this on the general forum as opposed to blogging it. You're more likely to get a response that way. Maybe under kids hair care.

You should look throug some hair books/magazines. They have some for children and you guys can agree on a style. Salons always have hair books you can view.
