I have recently started using heat protecttion and I love it. I think it will take some time for my hair to recover from the damage I did before I learned about heat protection.

Me too, I didn't have a clue about heat protection b4 I joined the forum...I'm glad I did, now we have no excuse to damage our strands...I'm glad u started using one Ebby!
