I wanted to post my updated hair regimen:

• Wash days are Sunday and Thursday

• Always Prepoo with OO and Conditioner - If I have any dandruff I apply Neutrogena Triple Moisture Dandruff Conditioner to scalp only - I apply with a small tipped applicator bottle
• Wash 2x per month (trying ORS Olive Oil/Aloe Shampoo)
• Cowash all other washes
• Current favorite deep conditioner: honey and coconut oil - last nite I added ORS Replenishing Pak with the CO and honey

Hello Everyone,
