ok i want to create a hair regimen and stick to it this time! i think i will either weave,wig or twist my hair for growth!
*shampoo once a week.
*co wash once a week.
* oil 2-3xs a week.
* use my grwth aid 2x's a week.
* shakaki powders once or twice a month! (helps with shedding and hair loss)
