...I'm in a rut. My hair doesn't feel like it's growing! I've been washing and washing for a month and it doesn't feel that much different. I'm going to stick to my regimen and see what happens within the next month. I'm trying to achieve BSL by the end of the year so I'm hating the growth rate of my hair right now.

The phases of the hair growth cycle It is easy to remember the lengths of the different phases ofthe growth cycle. Very roughly speaking:

Anagen 1000 days (or more)
Aatagen 10 days
Telogen 100 days
