What exactly is it? The pre-poo is the first step in some people's hair washing regimen. What you do is cover your hair with oil and let it sit. You can use any oil, my favorite is coconut oil. Then you saturate your hair with the oil, especially the ends. Leave it on for as long as you like, even overnight if you don't mind ruining a pillowcase. If you plan on doing these 'treatments'...

Ok. I washed my hair with shampoo (it dried it out) Then I tried to dye it, the colour didnt take. But it dried my hair out some more. I left conditioner on over night... not realising it had Silk protein in it... no my hair is just dry!

And my mum reminded me about my lil experiment.

So I got the activator out...


It hasnt turned out quite as I expected, but I will try it again. My hair is still awfully dry. No is this because of the shampoo and...
