Thought I'd get back to blog a bit about my results with my dd and her hair results this evening:

Okay, I decided to make up a 'home-made" mayonaise paste with added botanical oils to smooth over dd hair before the wash. I saturated her hair with this patse from roots to ends. I also offerred some of this patse to my older son and he took one look at it...and pleaded the "fifth"...not to hurt Mom's feelings I would assume...

I have heard so much about this product on the forum that my curiosity got the best of me and I broke down, bought it and used it. I was a bit apprehensive at first because the reviews were a little mixed, more good than bad. When I applied it to my wet hair I did not like the texture at first. I allowed it to sit for the recommended time 15 minutes under the hooded dryer using the conditioner setting.
