My Healthy Hair Goals:


1. To nuture the new growth of hair to the length of permed hair, then think about getting an even cut.

2. Clip split ends as needed.

3. Find a great natural shampoo/conditioner that is 100% natural. One that makes my hair texture feel and look great as well.

4. Mix natural recipes together and find one that works for the health of my hair.

5. Build and Repair- Drinking more water, Daily...

Here are some things I have heard others tell me as well as some things I've experienced that really ticks them off...when visiting some beauty shops/beautciancs.

1. The beautician talks constantly to the other beauticians in the shop, giving them full and un divided attention....while not
acknowledging "Your" presence...it seems. In other words...They're having a party and you are not invited

*Not being attentive enough to the clients, not good....

Today was is the day I set aside to work with my hair. Transitioning to natural is certainly the challenge I thought it would be. But I feel great about my decision and I think rather, someone choose to go natural or permed is quite a personal choice for very personal reasons. I washed and conditioned my hair today---My hair does not have a nice feel at all. I can't wait until my "beauty4ashes products come"!
