Shampoo (clarifying) once a month
Ayurvedic Treatment 1-2 times a week
Co-wash 1-2 times a week
DC with heat 1-2 times a week
Roller-set always – only use indirect heat via my Hooded Hair Dryer ‘Aphodite’
Moisturize and seal with oil at night in sections
Flat wrap my Hair and tie down for to bed
Wear protective styles 99.9% of the time...mostly buns/pin-ups!
