These are pictures of where I'm beginning as of Dec 08, a couple of setbacks since last summer. ((Lessons: Flat Irons are not my friend...)) Well, I'll mark my progress til I reach my goal of BSL by Dec 2009!

Hair Type: 4a/b(think)
Starting Length: short/ear length
Hair Condition: Transitioning from a Wave Nouveau to Napptural Dry/Little Breakage/Weak/Over Processed
Regime/Products:
Starting on the 5th of Jan 2009 I will do a Water/OliveOilSpa (Hot Oil Treatment) with heat, Once a week(Sundays)(Hair Steamer or Hooded Dryer)
Starting on the 8th of Jan 2009 and every 3 days I will do my Hair Spa
(7pm)/and every 2 days I will do my Knot Today Spa(7:30am).

WATER/OLIVE SPA -Sundays @7pm (If HairSpa falls on Sundays I will only do my HairSpa):
Creme of Nature Detangling and Conditioning Shampoo Certified Organic Sunflower and Coconut
Rinse/Squeeze water with my hand and apply Warm Olive Oil and go under hooded dryer or Hair Steamer for 30 mins.
Will use Wave Nouveau Daily Humectant, Moisturizing Finishing Mist and Lotion

HAIR SPA-Every 3 Days@ 7pm:
Creme of Nature Detangling and Conditioning Shampoo Certified Organic Sunflower and Coconut
Ultra Black Hair Deep Conditioner (Protein Conditioner) 30 min Moist or Dry Heat (waiting for Hair Steamer)
Rinse
Ultra Black Hair Dew Spray Moisturizer and Lotion Creme Moisturizer (Moisturizing Conditioner) 20 mins Moist or Dry Heat.

KNOT TODAY SPA- Daily @ 7am:
Wash with "Come Clean" Shampoo
Leave in Conditioner "Knot Today"
Applied "Kinky Curl Curly Custard" (while still in shower)
If I have to go out I will go under dryer for 5-10mins
If I need to reactivate I will use "Kinky Culry Spiral Spritz" and "Gloss Pomade"
